Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Every module works on the free plan with no time limit. Premium and Ultimate raise the limits and add customization.
What permissions does Logoground need?
Logoground asks only for the permissions its modules use, such as Manage Messages for auto-mod and Manage Roles for level and reaction roles. You can remove permissions for modules you turn off.
Can I move Premium to a different server?
Yes. Run /premium transfer in the new server. You can move it once every 7 days.
What happens to my settings if I cancel?
Your server drops back to the free plan at the end of the billing period. Settings are kept, and anything over the free limits is paused rather than deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy within the first 7 days of a new subscription, contact support for a full refund.
